I found the detail on WorldCp's video,that say 'Unknown Puffle will Come'?Now listen carefully.
I found the Thrid details on  'How to Get The Unknown Puffle'video.I watch the entire video and that said theres link to the website blog and theres Generator named 'Unknown Puffle Generator' and i test it out.And then suddenly it said 'This generator has been patched my Cp'
